SENSO CONTROL

The SensoControl Parker Serviceman Plus is a rugged, portable, easy to use diagnostic meter. RELIEF VALVE

Well known as excellent pressure relief valves, Parker's series R4V/R6V and R4V/R6V Proportional for subplate mounting work stable across the whole pressure range and thus contribute to a smooth-running operation. Additionally they provide a wide range of options and connections for a versatile use in various applications.

Pilot operated pressure relief valves series R4V (DIN 24340 Form D) and R6V (DIN 24340 Form E) consist of a manually or a proportionally adjusted pilot stage and a seated type main stage. A vent function with a solenoid operated directional valve is available for circulation at minimum pressure. The optimum performance of the proportional version can be achieved in combination with the digital amplifier module PCD00A-400.

Function: Series R4V/R6V System pressure in port P is applied via the X gallery to the spring loaded cone in the pilot head. The pilot head controls the pressure in the Z area on top of the main cartridge which is additionally kept close by the main spring. If the pilot pressure exceeds the setting pressure the pilot cone opens and thus limits the pilot pressure. When the system pressure exceeds the pilot pressure plus the spring force, the main cartridge opens to port T and limits the pressure in port P to the adjusted level.

Series R4V/R6V with vent function Additionally to the relief function, a solenoid operated vent valve connects the Z area to tank. This allows oil circulation from P to T at minimum pressure drop. The vent valve can either be a standard CETOP 03 valve (R6V) or a sandwich unit (R4V). For both types the vent position can be either at the energized or de-energized solenoid.

RADIAL MOTOR MR

QUICK COUPLING

60 Series Couplers (hydraulic, fluids, gas, steam) up to 5000 psi, connect with ISO 7241 series B, 60 Series Nipples.Parker's 60 Series have double shut-off poppet valves and are interchangeable with other quick disconnects complying with ISO 7241 series B.

These general purpose quick couplings are available in a wide range of sizes and materials to be versatile for use with several fluids, including high temperature steam. Parker's 60 Series is multi-purpose for a variety of applications  and pressures up to 5000 psi.

PARFLANGE F37

The Parflange F37 flanged connector system is utilising the orbital tube forming technology for tubing assemblies from 16 to 273 mm (1/2" to 10" Flanges) outside diameter. It is intended for tube wall thickness up to 9 mm and pressure ratings up to 420 bar. For those connections without the possibility to assemble a pre-flared tube or where manufacturing is limited, Parker provides the F37 Retaining Ring System. This System utilizes a Retaining Ring for flange retention along with a highly-engineered seal carrier for leak free performance. It is available as a high pressure version from 1 1/2" to 10" and as a newly developed SAE 1000 (50-70 bar) version. The Parflange F37 system corresponds to hole patterns according to ISO 6162-1; SAE J518; bore pattern 3000 (code 61), ISO 6162-2; bore pattern 6000 (code 62) and also ISO 6164 bore pattern. It is type approved by DNV, ABS and other major classification companies.

Innovative Sealing Solutions The F37 seal was developed especially for use with SAE flanges. These special seals guarantee high stability of form. Compared to standard O-Rings, their mechanical properties prevent gap extrusion, even when the flanges ”breathe” under pressure. The special profile of the F37 seal is ideally adapted to higher pressures or unsuitable surface finish of the flanges. As an alternative, connectors can be equipped with bonded seal rings.

Complete range for virtually all diameters The F37 system complements the EO-2 soft sealing technology for small tube diameters; it also complements the proven Parflange programme for the SAE product range. It offers the complete range of connectors, flange-to-flange, L-and T-Block connectors, flange-to-port, male and female thread flanges, flange bends, reducer flanges, ball valves, bulkhead flanges and manifolds on request.

PROPORTIONAL VALVE L90

L90LS has a wide range of selectable functions, offering great flexibility in terms of system structure in simple as well as advanced hydraulic system solutions. L90LS is a result of Parker’s wide experience in mobile hydraulics, offering excellent performance, made with high grade materials and precision manufacturing. L90LS can be equipped with manual, hydraulic or electrohydraulic spool actuators in any combination. Each valve section can be optimized for its particular function in the machinery, with a large range of main spools, pressure relief valves, pressure compensators, signal pressure limiters and other performance enhancing functions.

The L90LS hydraulic valve can be constructed in many different designs, with different inlet sections, work sections, end sections and also generic function manifolds for example to obtain proportional pressure control. The L90LS can also be combined with the bigger K220LS directional control valve in order to further optimize functional performance in machinery with large variations in flow requirement.

For complete customer-specific functional adaptation and to accommodate every conceivable need in terms of auxiliary function control, the L90LS can be combined with tailor-made function manifolds, consisting of components from Parker's many product divisions.

POLYFLEX HOSE

The hose assemblies are made from high-pressure hose and the corresponding fittings by Parker Polyflex and the company’s trained and certified distributors in compliance with Parker assembly instructions. They are pressure tested after completion. Upon customer’s request, the hose assemblies can be equipped with protective sleeves or other safety equipment such as containment grips.

The working pressures of both hoses and fittings are limited. In rare cases, fittings with a lower working pressure than the hose may be used. In this case the hose assembly bears an addition- al warning. For the application of the hose assembly, it is not the pressure stated on the hose but the pressure on the crimping shell and/or marking sleeve that is relevant.
