TUBE BENDER TOOL
Parker's hydraulic tube bender, HB632, is powered by 10,000 psi of pressure to bend steel and stainless steel tube up to 2” and 50mm O.D., and pipe up to 1 ½”. The hydraulic power, size capabilities and accurate bends make this draw bender a great choice for high production bending. Technical Characteristics: • Minimum components required with the HB32 bender are a hose assembly, hydraulic pump, and a radius slide and clamp block, which match the tube/pipe O.D. to be bent. • Radius blocks for 1 ¾” through 2” O.D. require an adapter plate. • The maximum bend angle is 180° with radii from 1 ¼” to 8”. • If mandrels are used, the HB632 hydraulic bender must be bolted to a table, and will also require the use of a mandrel rod and mandrel rod stop assembly which holds and supports the end of the mandrel rod in alignment with the tubing. • Requires a hydraulic pump which is sold separately. SOLENOID VALVE
Parker’s D1VW directional control valves are high performance on/off direct operated hydraulic valves. There are 15 solenoid voltage options including DC, DC rectified and true AC voltages. There are 9 basic termination options including DIN, Deutsch, conduit box with wires and conduit box with plug-in coils. The conduit box with plug-in coils also allows for connections including terminal strip, Manaplug (Brad Harrison) and micro connection (M12 connector). D1VW valves are available with other options such as soft shift tubes (4 orifice size options), monitor switches, extended manual over rides and surge suppression diodes. DIN connector and Conduit box connections provide an IP65 (NEMA 4) ingress rating The D1VW valve is well suited for both the industrial and mobile applications. Painted bodies and Deutsch connectors are offered for tough environment applications. RELIEF VALVE
Well known as excellent pressure relief valves, Parker's series R4V/R6V and R4V/R6V Proportional for subplate mounting work stable across the whole pressure range and thus contribute to a smooth-running operation. Additionally they provide a wide range of options and connections for a versatile use in various applications. Pilot operated pressure relief valves series R4V (DIN 24340 Form D) and R6V (DIN 24340 Form E) consist of a manually or a proportionally adjusted pilot stage and a seated type main stage. A vent function with a solenoid operated directional valve is available for circulation at minimum pressure. The optimum performance of the proportional version can be achieved in combination with the digital amplifier module PCD00A-400.
