RACOR FUEL FILTER

The Parker Racor Fuel Filter Water Separator Turbine Series is the most trusted line of fuel filter water separators on the market. The assembly’s three-stage filtration system effectively removes water and particulates from fuel, providing maximum protection of diesel engine components in applications where reliability is critical.

To meet the unique requirements of customer’s engines, Racor Turbine Series fuel filter water separators are available in a wide range of configurations. All models utilize Racor’s proprietary Aquabloc® filtration elements. Aquabloc® is a unique engineered media that incorporates pleat-spacing corrugations and a graduated pore structure to increase dirt-holding capacity and extend filter life. The media is waterproof and rustproof, capturing contaminants while the specially treated surface separates and coalesces water from the fuel.

PARFLANGE F37

The Parflange F37 flanged connector system is utilising the orbital tube forming technology for tubing assemblies from 16 to 273 mm (1/2" to 10" Flanges) outside diameter. It is intended for tube wall thickness up to 9 mm and pressure ratings up to 420 bar. For those connections without the possibility to assemble a pre-flared tube or where manufacturing is limited, Parker provides the F37 Retaining Ring System. This System utilizes a Retaining Ring for flange retention along with a highly-engineered seal carrier for leak free performance. It is available as a high pressure version from 1 1/2" to 10" and as a newly developed SAE 1000 (50-70 bar) version. The Parflange F37 system corresponds to hole patterns according to ISO 6162-1; SAE J518; bore pattern 3000 (code 61), ISO 6162-2; bore pattern 6000 (code 62) and also ISO 6164 bore pattern. It is type approved by DNV, ABS and other major classification companies.

Innovative Sealing Solutions The F37 seal was developed especially for use with SAE flanges. These special seals guarantee high stability of form. Compared to standard O-Rings, their mechanical properties prevent gap extrusion, even when the flanges ”breathe” under pressure. The special profile of the F37 seal is ideally adapted to higher pressures or unsuitable surface finish of the flanges. As an alternative, connectors can be equipped with bonded seal rings.

Complete range for virtually all diameters The F37 system complements the EO-2 soft sealing technology for small tube diameters; it also complements the proven Parflange programme for the SAE product range. It offers the complete range of connectors, flange-to-flange, L-and T-Block connectors, flange-to-port, male and female thread flanges, flange bends, reducer flanges, ball valves, bulkhead flanges and manifolds on request.

POLYFLEX HOSE

The hose assemblies are made from high-pressure hose and the corresponding fittings by Parker Polyflex and the company’s trained and certified distributors in compliance with Parker assembly instructions. They are pressure tested after completion. Upon customer’s request, the hose assemblies can be equipped with protective sleeves or other safety equipment such as containment grips.

The working pressures of both hoses and fittings are limited. In rare cases, fittings with a lower working pressure than the hose may be used. In this case the hose assembly bears an addition- al warning. For the application of the hose assembly, it is not the pressure stated on the hose but the pressure on the crimping shell and/or marking sleeve that is relevant.

F11/F12 MOTOR

F11 is a bent-axis, fixed displacement motor/pump. It

AUTOCLAVE VALVE

Parker Autoclave’s VRMM Series micro-metering valves are designed for applications where more precise control of small flows is required than is possible with a standard regulating stem. Barrel and Thimble micrometer design permits settings to be repeated. Metering is effected by a finely tapered stem acting in a precisely mated replaceable seat. Very fine stem position is achieved utilizing a 40 TPI thread. The Barrel and Thimble are set for proper metering at the factory.

These valves are designed for metering only and cannot be used as a shutoff valve. Minimum flow is factory set and occurs at “0” position. DO NOT OPERATE THE VALVE BELOW THE ZERO POSITION OR DAMAGE WILL RESULT. When shutoff action is required, a correlated shutoff valve from Parker AE series 10V, 30VM or 60VM should be installed in series with the micro-metering valve.
